Every question serves a purpose — we use your answers to match you with lenders whose eligibility criteria fit your profile. Nothing unnecessary is collected. Your information is encrypted immediately and never shared without your explicit consent.

You do not need any documents at this stage. Just your basic details and a sense of how much you want to borrow.

Once you submit, we compare your profile against every lender in our network in real time. We check income requirements, employment type, location coverage, and loan amount limits to find lenders whose criteria you actually meet.

Within moments, your pre-qualification result is confirmed. You’ll see your status update on the platform and be directed to the next required step — verifying your identity and income.

This pre-qualification check does not affect your credit score and creates no record with credit bureaus. We are simply identifying which lenders are a strong fit based on their published criteria.

After pre-qualification, you’ll connect your bank account through Mono, our licensed bank data partner. This step confirms your identity and your stated income — and it is required to unlock your matched lender offers.

Bank verification gives lenders the confidence to make accurate, personalised decisions about your application. We use bank-level encryption, never store your login credentials, and you can see exactly what data is shared at every stage.

Once verification is complete, we finalise your lender matches based on your verified financial profile. You then see your matched offers with full details — interest rates, loan amounts, fees, and repayment terms — ready to compare side by side. If your verified profile does not meet any lender’s criteria, we will let you know clearly and offer guidance on your next steps.

Review your matched offers with all the details laid out transparently — interest rates, loan amounts, repayment terms, and processing fees. Compare them side by side at your own pace, then select the lender that works best for you.

Once you confirm your choice, we securely forward your verified application to the lender. Most lenders complete their review within 1–3 business days, though some move faster. You can track your status in real time on our platform.

When approved, the lender handles disbursement directly to your bank account. We stay available for support throughout the process, but the loan relationship is between you and your chosen lender.
